Gas Station is cheating on you

The flow of the gas was weak but gas meter (5) was running as fast as meters at other gas stations where flow is normal. So, I got less gas for more money than I supposed to pay. When the flow changed right in the beginning I thought the machine is going to stop working but it kept going very slow. When I complained to the owner of that station one man came to us from the other side of the gas station and said that he had some problems as well. The owner was screaming in my face and telling me he has $$3, 000, 000 house and he doesn't have any reasons to cheat.
