Bad service

I lived in Canada for one year, I contracted this company to ship my house hold good. First the packing was really bad, The guys that came to pack run out of packing material so they used wrapping plastic to pack approx 40% of my goods.

Even the last day of packing only one guy from this company showed up so my wife had to help him pack, (I was not in country at this time).

Once the goods arrived in Africa about 5, 000 USD worth of stuff had broke. due to bad packing, they even put a coffee table on the side, any idiot realize that there are no strength in a coffee table leg from the side, and yes two legs had broken so bad so it was just to trow away. And the whole base of the master bad had broken, The worst thing is that when I contacted them and said this, they said that they are professorial packing company, I had pictures of the coffee table packing in kitchen wrapping plastic and the base of the bed, So they refused to pay for anything, Most of the plates for the kitchen broke etc etc. I have moved across the world so many time and sure some thing breaks on the way but never ever to this extent.
