Robbing bastards

Bought a ticket and placed it face up on the dash, yes it was in the middle but it was face up on the dash. Get a ticket saying it was not fully visible. That is BS. They are just robbing bastards and they wonder why people hate car park attendants. Why doesn't Impark try to do the right thing instead of persecuting the people who pay for the parking and make their carparks less of a easy place for thieves to operate.
