Visa charges without authorization starting in April2010 and may be before

Isubmit.com has some how got a hold of my credit card # and has been billing me $50.00 Us since April of 2010 or longer as my accountant has the previous records and he is out of town. I have tried to contact this company without success. is there any way I can stop these charges and get my money back. Thank you John Siemens
