Credit card charge

I recieved my credit card statement and have a charge of $48.60 on it for webinaccess.com 888275watford gbr. I have never used my credit card for access to anything from them and want to have it credited for the 2 months that I know you have charged me. Plus not to mention have whatever it is cancelled.
