Unauthorized charges to my account

I got my statement from my credit card and I was charged $15.49 for a starter kit which I never received. I was informed that I would get a starter kit but I never got it but they charged me. I want Google to refund all the money they have charged me or I will take it to a lawyer and press charges against them. I am tired off these people promising things but don't uphold to the promise.

As of March 19, 2009 they have one to credit my charge card for what they charged me.
