Unautorized withdral on credit card

I had authourized one dolar to be taken out for a trial version of the product and authourized no other money transactions at all, and was charged another 38.01 which i never authourized at all. i demand my money placed back into my account and speak to someone about this matter. this is absolutely rediculouse.
