Had 2 transactions refunded from ebay sellers. One went to a $Cdn account, the other to a $US account. Because each amount was less than $150, when I withdrew these funds I paid 2 service charges totalling $1. I contacted paypal asking why they arbitrarily sent the refunds to different accounts. They won't respond.
