Unable to use Bell website to do it

I was trying to use Bell website to change my billing plan to pre-authorized payment for the past 3 days. The website just does not work even after I logged in. The service is totally at an unacccepptable levl like you see in undeveloped country. I heard about poor quality of Bell. But so bad?

The Bell management should be fired and be replaced by a team that know how to do business in a competitive world. Tax payers must not be given bad service.

Canada's protection approach is destroying its own competitiveness in the world market. That is really a shame.
