Unauthorized billing thru credit card

I have been deducted on a monthly basis of 20.93, 20.83, 20.34, 20.69, 20.80, 21.44, 21.20 since April 2008 up to this October billing. Somebody should stop this stupidity of deducting unauthorized amount on my credit card.
