Fraudelent company

Since i found out this is only a wig not what they promote in their ads and saw it onlt glues and taped to my scalp which don't even work and causing me so much problems. i began to complain only to get treated badly by staff, ignored my frequents concerned or did little or nothing at all. i became their target. all i asked was have ethics and standards in doing business and honor contracts and ads, as i am paying up to 560$ monthly and all i got was a weekly washed and only front er change which did more damage than good.she would constantly harassed me by showing bad attitudes towards me.so i down grade my contract to 407$ monthly and then she got really mad as they get commissions by forcing you to upgrade if you need better care for your hair.you see they gather staff in the morning with the list of clients targeted for upgrade. which is unnecessary.they call me to leave but i stayed just to get a new hair and then leave.you see all i wanted and asked was to get what they promise in the ads and honor contracts and ethics..my complained was received by their head office only to be told that i can't have what i want and if don't like it i should leave. later i received a register letter citing that i make problems, i have been engaged in bad behavior towards staff and according to them is a act of harassment... funny huh? they canceled me membership just hours before my weekly visits that i paid for in advanced.they threaten legal action if i showed to the center.kept all my paid products including the rest of my money.refused to respond to date.however i complained to BBB and consumer protection office.next step be small claims court... now i buy my own directly and pay only few hundreds per year.
