Unauthorized charges to my credit card!

I was charged twice same amount of $49.97 usd without my authorization plus got NOTHING for that money. I am disputing those charges through Visa and intend to proceed with legal means if necessary to get those thieves out of the Internet. Can YOU tell me how to proceed???
