Professional Business Practises

This company lacks any type of professionalism. I was behind a in a few payments and them sent 3 payments to compensate for my lateness due to Covid 19 . Any other company would of been happy to receive 3 payments when only one was due. They have now just told me that they do not want to honor my leasing contract. They/She have not given anything in writing even though I have asked many times now. Umpteen to be exact. The person dealing with my account is a completely unprofessional woman. She is belligerent, rude, nasty and does not have any type of professionalism at all. I have had problems with this person for over a year now. Her communications are vile. She has no purpose being in any customer service position since she does not know how to conduct any type of customer service practise's. This company is again VILE do not use this company. RUN and Find another leasing company. You will be sorry if you deal with these Moron's! Be warned!
