Lottery Rip Off

I received a check for $2475.00 saying I won a lottery in Canada. They wanted 1750.00 wired to them for taxes before I could get my initial winnings. The check did not clear their bank. Thank God I did not write checks against it. The phone number I called the first time is not longer in service.
