Won the Consumer's Reward Program Lottery

I receive letter stating that I have won $39000 . I have to claim by 12/08/2008. $3, 900 was deducted and sent to me in a cashiers check drawn on the Huntington National Bank in Columbus, Ohio (to pay applicable taxes on my winnings.

I am to call Edward Jones or Nicole Jordan at 1-905-598-5711 for assistance in finalizing my claim.
Check looks very authentic, mailed in an envelope probably from a Walmart Store and stamped with a flower stamp. I was dumfounded so I checked on the internet and read that others have received the same letter, same winnings, and the same cashiers check. I just hope these people will be stopped before some other retired and disabled couple gets 5ripped off.
