Counterfeit, Sweepstakes Scam

Global Trust Inc. counterfeits checks from legitmate businesses and sends them to unsuspecting consumers, saying that the consumer has won a sweepstakes ($520, 000) and requesting that the consumer send his own check in the amount of $3450 to the Canada Tax Revenue Office in order to receive his sweepstakes earnings. Please contact your local police, FBA and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police if you receive correspondence from Global Trust.
