I recieved a letter claiming I had one some weird lottery. It stated that this was the final notice. Which was the first clue, since i never recieved any other notices before this one.
The letter claimed that I had one 38, 000 and that I can use the included check to pay the taxes.
I havent tried calling the number included yet. I didnt want to end all of the fun all in one day.
