full after sale service in $37.99 and promised with me to take rebat of $ 700 from the govt because they financed from a finance company and got the whole amount and fraudentely they (skunk) ran away now I need service for my heater but there is no body to hear me. What should I do I am stll paying every month $.39.99 and did not get the rebat
