I was sent an envelope containing a letter stating the following: We are pleased to advise you that you are one of the winners in the "COMPENSATION DRAW" held for all the ONE-TIME sweepstakes participants in the last ten years and a check for $4, 860.00. You are entitled to the sum of US $450, 000.00 payable to you by CERTIFIED CHECK.

You are therefore advised to contact your claims agent JOHN ROBERTS: 1-778-316-9273. Enclosed is a check of US $4, 860.00 which you will use to pay the Non Resident Government Service Tax, payable to your tax agent by MONEY GRAM as stated below.
