Capital One Paying for $14.05 per month for Accident Insurance on my Capital One Credit Card, that's useless

I got my Capital One credit card in May 2006. For some months in 2006 I paid a small amout to premium coverage in case I was injured and could not make my payments. Then I got Account balance Coverage at $24.58/mth in 2007. To insure the amount of my credit card in the event of my death. This increased to $25.88 Finally, they talked me into Accident Insurance to cover my payments if I was injured at work. Which I was in March of 2007. The insurance paid about $400 to Capital One on my behalf. Forms were filled by the Master Contractor to Canada Post, whom Canada Post 'said' I was working for as a delivery carrier at Canada Post (this is another report entirely).
This year I worked up to February at Canada Post as a delivery mail carrier but simply could not keep up to the increasing work loads due to painfull wrists, hands, thumbs, forearms which I still have to this day, especially after my co-worker could not work. I got sick and was 'allowed' to go home. I did not go back to work at Canada Post until April for a short period.
I applied for "accident insurance" I have been paying into to make my payments if I was injured. I started getting a runaround from Legacy Insurance right away. One excuse after another. Like I was disabled instead of injured, the people manning the phones at Legacy have gotten downright nasty and billigerent. Several doctor's forms later, foot-dragging, it is plain to see this insurance, at least in 2008 have not lived up to my expectations. Anyone else out there been taken?
