On 01-11-08 there was a classified in the Carlsbad Current Argus that said " NO CREDIT BAD CREDIT MORGAGE PERSONAL BUSSINESS & CAR LOANS. FREEDOM FINACIAL LOANS CALL 888-561-119 EL PASO LAS CRUCES AND FARMINGRON . I called the number and a women answered and took all of mine and my boyfriends personal information down such as SSN # date of birth and address and I gave it all to her and then see asked me how much I wanted I told her the house was 73, 000 and she said lets try for 80, 000 I said ok and then she went on to tell me that a loan officer would be calling me with 24-48 hours.

On 01/14/08 a women by the name of Kay White called me and told me that I had been approved for 80, 000 and all I needed to do is send a sercurity deposit for 2, 105.00 and she went get the loan process going. So I called her back on 2/11/08 and told her that I was ready to send her the money she said okay I need to fax you the policy and you need to sign them and fax them back (fax number 888-517-1116) so I did and then she also told me that I needed to fax a picture of our Identifications and proof of income. And she told me that I need to send the western union to a Carly Ann Thomas in Toronto Ontario Canda and call her back with the number so they could pick up the money. So I did all these things and I called her back and she told me that she had recived everything and that the $80, 000 should be in my accountthe next day which was 2/12/08 by noon MST and to call her when I recived it.

Well the next day at noon there was no money there and so I started to get worried and I called and called she finally picked up the phone when my boyfriend called and she tell him she didn't know what the problem was the money should be there she told him that she would call and see what was going on and told him to call back in 20 min.

So I calle d back in 20 mins. which was 3:22 p.m. and she answered the phone and told me that there system was down and that they needed me to westeren Union the $710.00 more dollars by then I had figured out that it was a scam and she told me that she could send me a full refund check and I asked her where she was going to send it to that I needed her to verify my info and she told me that she was going to call me back with that informaition because her system was down and she couldn't pull it up. She hasn't answered the phone since.
