Approved loan, took deposit, didn't deliver loan as promised, sent refund letter, no refund and all numbers and email now disconnected

Allstate Financial is a company working with others to approve income only based loans. Some have had good luck but more of us have sent in the security blanket and receives nothing else. As of 12-22-2007 all email lines and phone lines are disconnected. Theyy have referred me to Collingwood group who now wants more money for me to receive my refund.
