They told me i was approved for a 10, 000.00 loan they sent me the paperwork told me to send 1000.00 collatteral

This company approved my for a loan said they needed collateral i sent the collateral by money gram. they told me to call them back with the reference number from tha money gram, so i did. they told me to call back in half an hour to confirm the payment was recieved, so i did.

when i called back she said everything went through and i would have access to my loan throught my bank account by morning. the next morning nothing, so i caller they told me 12 to 24 hours after that still nothing, so i called back .then they told me my account had been red flagged by a creditor so i could either send them another 750.00 or get a refund on what i had already sent so i chose the refund which i have yet to see.
