This individual gets mass amounts of domain names and hijacks their email accts and uses their domain names to send millions of spam maessages so he can't be detected.

He spams people using someone elses name and is causing a legal problem. If you ever get spam that has a direct link in it look to see if he is using your name or email address as the sender. then contact him or the LAW.
