Scam, fraud, loans never paid, deposits taken, liars, cons ripoff

This company claims to give loans to people with poor credit, however they approve you and and you are told that you can recive the amount you requested. First you must send a 10% deposit for the amount requested. Once you send the deposit they tell you that there is a 5-10 waiting period for processing.
However a day before you are to get the loan you receive and email saying the the lender cannot provide the loan and they will find another and it may take upto 30 day and 3-6 weeks to get back your deposit.
They loan never happens and the deposit never comes back either. And it is impossible to get in touch with them and when I do its one excuse after another.
