Ripoff what a scam

I was desperately in need of a loan and they offered me a loan (10, 000) if I pay a collateral fee of $1000.00 and since I was so desperate I sent them the money immediately.. they promise that within 24 hours i should be receiving the funds but I never got the funds that I was promised and then i called them to follow-up.. they told me that i still need to pay an additional fee of $600. so, being desperate i sent them the money. its been a week and i havnt got the funds. they told me that they're going to refund it. And i'm hoping and praying that they will keep their promise..
