On May 3 May, 2005 I was browsing the internet looking for secure credit, when I came across a web site -- harvestcapital.ca, they claim to offer a "pre-paid
Mastercard to individuals, who have bad to no credit. harvest Capital has a printable application forma nd require you to fill out, print and send the form, along with $39.00 (thirty nine dollars) CAD. It is now 16 July, 2005. Harvest Capital has failed to deliver the product they advertise.

Please Help me in this matter, I believe this may be a scam.
