FinTech Capital Francis Gagnon

Business & Finance

I was approached by Mr. Francis Gagnon of Montreal Canada to allow him to invest and stock trade my retirement funds. After many reports from him of a successful investment software program, I invested $27, 600 USD in his startup company on April 7, 2003. He provided me with documents by email that showed that his software was making profits, and in writing he told me that I could expect $4, 000 to $10, 000 per month of profit from my retirement account. I also provided him with a new computer and other software to help his company. His company has not produced and money as promised, and he has since abandoned his company and any efforts to repay my losses. Now he will not respond to any of my contacts about his company, either by email or telephone, about the operation of his company or his plans. He has multiple email accounts that he uses and is out of contact.
