ICU misrepresented it's Company claiming to be an agent in the Fl Keys area. Verbal agreement on price between ICU and our Company $375 a repo. Insurance, license and fee schedule requested but never received. 8 assignments faxed-employee error-without receiving requested information. Several requests later proof of insurance, license and fee schedule never received. ICU hired another agent to repo 3 of the assignments at the given and submitted 3 invoices in excess of $8, 000 for services not performed (price agreed was $375 per repo). We closed the remaining assignments and received another invoice for $1, 000 stating they would remain open until the units were repo'd.

Tried to discuss the issue with ICU but the person-Dan, Scott, Frank-possibly all 3 the same person, was extremely RUDE and uncooperative. Yelling and being verbally abusive calling names and demanding payment within a time frame. He contacted the client and made the same demands and moved the collateral to another state claiming he would retitle them in Texas unless payment was made immediately.
