Irregular banking mistakes

The National Bank made an error on my disabled sisters renewed mortgage, on the tax portion. She contacted the personal banking advisor at the branch who suggested she could pay the shortfall on the next month to catch it up. She said it was wrong and her receipt for the new mortgage was up to date with a bank issued receipt. The bank began foreclosure proceedings, at which point I contacted the mediation's department of the bank. They asked me not to file a court defence and counter suit for $250.000.00., for there mistake and ignorance towards my sister. We had an agreement and they contacted there lawyers in Toronto to say we will put all on hold pending the out come of an internal investigation. The law firm jumped the gun and took the house, they gave my sister a check for $98.00., for banking irregularities, after they stole her home. During the process i stumbled onto a formula that the bank uses to go through the back door, so a judge never even sees the paperwork! Now I Have a Ten Million Dollar lawsuit registered against them, on my sisters behalf. for putting her Life into blue bins and carting it away.
