I was called by first capital consumers group about a new credit card with low interest rate. I decided it would be worth $199.00 enrollment fee for the low rate. I have not received a credit card, nor have they reported it to the credit bureaus. I was scammed. I have tried to be reimbursed, but no one has returned the call.
