Unhappy with the product and service

I had bought a dishwasher from sears.. the first day i brought it home it didnt work i called in and let them know they assured me that the problem would be fixed and offered me a 25 dollar gift certificate fro my problems... then they didnt even come out until the 17 of this month wich was 4 days ago, i purchased it 14 days ago.. i have not been able to use it at all.. keep in mind that i payed over 600 dollars for it .. then after the guy came out and fixed it, it doesnt work again which means it worked for 4 days and broke again.. it also spit hot water at my face, i called sears and the people who work there are not helpful, they say they want to send out another guy to fix it..they also offered me a 100 gift certificate then the one lady said she could exchange it for another one but then she would not give me the 100 gift certificate. that was offered to me for all the problems i was having. right now i just want to bring it back and never shop at sears again. i believe that when you buy something and it is broken it is the stores responcibility to make the costumer happy..in this case it didnt...
