Unauthorized charges

Tlg shoppers advantage /travel advantage has been charging my account since oct 21/11.i did not authorize it.it was used to book a car rental in florida a few days before the first charge appeared i guess i am at fault in not better reading my statements but since the charges weren't authorized in the first place, i had no reason to suspect anything.now i am just very, very angry.tried calling the 1800 num ber that people have listed here but unable to get through.the card has now been cancelled but i would like to know where i can get my money back or file fraud charges if need be.thank you..
