First of all, I do not recommend this agency to anyone for the following reasons:

After I submitted my resume, they sent me a link to complete a computer testing, which took approx. an hour. Then I was scheduled to go for an interview, which they indicated that it will only takes 45min; however, they didn't mention that there will be a health and safety quiz before you start the interview with the recruiter. It took me approx 35min to finish it plus 30min interview. So when you add them all up, it took me 65min in that office.

I applied for one of their posted position and asked them about it. They asked me to bring my high school transcripts although they know that I have completed a university degree. So, by the time it took me to order my high school transcript and pay $10, they informed that they left me a message that the position was filled. Mind you, when I went home to check if they left me a message, I didn't find any message from them.

They didn't just waste my money and time, they also lied to me.

My recommendation to management, be honest and fair with people because what goes around comes around.
