I just recieved my visa statement and found that you have charged my visa for a kit i never got or ordered . the name on my visa is not the same name as you have there . i spoke to one of your customer service reps and they have confirmed that the name attached to my visa is not mine so i will not pay for this and i would like my full refund of $1.95 US and $57.61US this is my conformation #2990469. you cannot charge me with having someone elses name on my visa, also my visa company and i were on a 3 way call so they have confirmed all that was said today august 20th 2009. refund me asap.
