Unauthorized payments

Similar to the above complaints, I was also lured in to this scam. I clicked on a link to receive a credit report that was never emailed to me nor verified in any way. Never did I sign up for any "Privacy Protection" free trail, let alone a prolonged monthly agreement. I just noticed that payments of $33.84 (which I guess is the exchange rate since I'm Canadian and they're an American company) had been sucked out of my bank account behind my back for the past 5 months.. and when I called to complain, I had to threaten to contact authorities before they offered to provided me with a "Courtesy refund", which apparently I will receive on their next billing cycle.. we shall see.

You can get the refund for all of your unauthorized payments, but you have to make a big stink about it.
