Charged mastercard

I was charged 68.62 on my mastercard and wasn't notified. I looked on the site but was not able to find ANY info on grants. That is what the 1.95 was spposed to b for. If I was ale to get any useful information it wouldn't be soo bad. I would like my money refunded on account of false information.
