On Feb 28, 2009, I had manicure service in Merle Norman (Hillcrest Mall -9325 Yonge Street Richmond Hill ON Canada L4C 5G2)

The technician cut my cuticle by the buffer accidentally and my wound bled. He did not apologize and said my cuticle was very sensitive. Implements that cannot be disinfected AND accidentally cut the skin or come in contact with blood or body liquid should be discarded. The technician did not discard the buffer after it cut my cuticle.
