Unauthorized charge to credit card

I ordered a sample for C$6.95 and they charged me for an unauthorized C$69.87. I called up my visa card company and they told me that they have received many such complaints already. Good news is that they do make refund to you. They even gave me the number to call this company - 866-544-6590. I have to call the number yet as they are not open. No matter what is the outcome, I think this company is not doing the right thing.
