Unauthorized charge on my credit card

I ordered a free trial for 6, 95$ US that I received. One month ago, he charge me a payment for an orderez that I don't made. When I wrote to Support they write to me that I made this order. He charged me 2 times ago for a total of 69.99$US. When I wrote again to the Support, a email I received a email: Delivery to the following recipients failed. 69, 99$US for a trial is too much expensive and I want my money back!!!
