Never received product or refund

I purchased my product in August and allowed for appropriate amount of shipping time since it is coming from China. After a month I emailed and received an email from "Bob" no last name at the address payment@sinomart.com saying "sorry for the delay I'll speak with my manager" after a week passed I emailed again this time to service@sinomart.com and received another reply that said since the product was out of stock I would be receiving a refund. I never received a refund and never heard from them again. They kept replying long enough that I was ineligible to dispute the claim through paypal intentionally. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE IT IS A SCAM!
