Scammed for my old jewellery

I sent in my old jewellery to 'WE BUY DIAMONDS AND GOLD".

I felt comfortable due to their length of time in the business and apparently trusted site. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have not seen one penny from them. They don't answer their phone or e-mails. I did sent my package through Canada Post and it was scanned. They have advertised that they insure your package for $500.00, so I guess its time to get a lawyer and find these jerks and make them pay. Next step the BBB!!! With all these complaints, why haven't they shut them down. I'm really annoyed that this is allowed to carry on.
