Charge on credit card for product not ordered

Been charged twice for products that I have not recieved and have cancelled all membership with the companies. They have continued to change their name so that I cannot block the charges for my account. I want to be given back the money they charged to my card. Either they put it back on my card or give me a number to phone so that I can contact them.
