Eyepothesis product shipment and billing

I ordered the trial product online for the s & h fee of $1.03. I was also charged for second trial shipment of $3.87 and was suppose to get a 8 day trial period before additional shipments would be made. It has been over two weeks and I have still not received my trial products. I was billed for a full shipment after 7 days instead of the 8 days stated. The terms and conditions say you can return any shipment for a full refund within 30 days but they told me I can not get a refund even though I did not receive the trial products before the 8 days were expired.
