These people put on a good show when they are trying to rent an apt, you don't have to go to the park to see bugs and mice and rats and load's of roaches, just move into 95 Barlake Ave Hamilton Ontario. This building leaves the smelly garbage bins by the back door long after the garbage men leave, the smell is horrible, and every superintendents they hire are worse then the last ones, why not put some effort into scanning potential supers rather then hire any Joe blow, it seems to be we get all the people who are to lazy to do the work, but yet walk around like their big wigs thinking look at me l have all the say, well hey buddy you work for the tenants get over your self, it's pretty bad when you find roaches in the stove behind stove light, but hey be sure you have picture's or effort trust won't believe you, my dog found a dead rat under my front room rad, so l got it out, but what l should have done was take a picture because the district manager didn't even reply to me about that, so don't write adds that say at effort trust we take care of our tenants, because we all know that's really not true .???
