The DVD's they sold me were advertised to be of the highest quality", but they were recorded from a TV viewng, they even have parts of commericals on them. Can't get money refunded even though the DVD's have been returned., ON
When you view the DVD's they are of bad quality. You can tell that someone recorded the DVD's off of a TV. You can still see the commercials at times when they didn't time it right to start and stop the recordings. It also recorded when they fast forwarded through commercials. Is this what DVD ...
