Direct energy is charging me for cooling and heating protection plan that I did not authorize. plus I did not get an aggreement or a renewall for a five year contract
Again direct energy is given the right to rip off customers. I had another one of their agents come to the door to sell me a five year gas contract. now direct energy claims it was only one year. I did not receive a renewall notice and they automatically doubled my rate. the guy even left before ...
