I was sent a letter stating I was to receive a lump sum of 485, 000. Enclosed was a check to cover Canadian Non-Resident government taxes. Send 2, 850 to the tax agent. I waited for the check to clear, It cleared in two or three days. So started thinking maybe I am going to get this certified check ...
