My visa card has been charged a monthly charge of 39.73 plus exchange on US funds.

I have not purchased and do not use any service and have no idea what you are charging me for.

Please cancel all of whatever you are charging me for. Do not take anymore of my money for nothing.

I want you to refund all of the money you have stolen from me.
