BUYER BEWARE; Read the bloomex policy before ordering on line. It clearly states to order at Your Own Risk.. there is a $9.99 charge for picking up an order that was delivered in poor quality. $25.00 cancellation fee. and many other fee's.. The word refund is not in thier vocabulary... check your order and ask for a price before giving your credit card info!!! Also you should be aware the sales operators all work out of thier homes, that is the call centre... Good luck if you choose to order with the scammers .. you're going to need it...
